At Trade Secrets UK we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
We accept returns on off-the-shelf, unopened, non-tinted stock items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
Please note: tinted, colour-matched or custom-mixed paint cannot be returned or refunded. Because these are mixed to your specific colour choice at the point of sale, they are made to order and are non-returnable — so please double-check your colour and quantity before we mix.
Other items we are unable to accept back include products that have been opened or used, and any item not in a resaleable condition.
To arrange a return, contact us first at info@tradesecretsuk.com or 01224 515929 with your proof of purchase (receipt or order number). We’ll confirm the return and where to send it.
Returns should be sent to:Trade Secrets UK Ltd, Unit 11 Spires Business Units, Mugiemoss Rd, Bucksburn, Aberdeen AB21 9NY.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within a few working days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll put it right — a replacement or full refund, including any return postage where the fault is ours. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items bought in store can be returned to the store under the same conditions above, with proof of purchase.
